lively citrus combination unfolds, dominated by the sparkling
acidity of lime and the vibrant sweetness of orange, complemented
by the subtle bitterness of orange peel and the floral touch of
orange blossom. In its underlying sweetness, we find comforting
notes of brown sugar, caramel, and toffee, intertwined with the
depth of chocolate, cacao nibs, and dark chocolate, with a delicate
echo of vanilla. Fresh fruit notes of green apple and grape add
another layer of complexity, while a subtle hint of clove makes it
even more intriguing. It's an exceptionally balanced coffee, with a
refined body and an elegant, lingering finish."
